Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets are made from HDPE or PP, there are different types of plastic pallet based on different usage :
1. For beverage and brewery industry, double-faced plastic pallets are standard for stacking empty bottles and cans.
2. For food industry , FDA/USDA to meet food grade will be required , flat surface is mostly used to prevent bacterial growth.
3. For chemical industry, it also requires chemical resistant, and reinforced base. normally made in yellow color or red color .
4. For automatic storage systems, like shuttle cart racking systems or AS/RS, it requires four ways entry for forklift and cranes handling , and pre-molded barcode slots or RFID pockets will be required for inventory management.
