The pushing cylinder disengages the cylinder from the self-rotating device, and the discharging and bridging cylinder performs the discharge and bridging operation. The hydraulic lifting platform lifts the cylinder, enabling the pushing cylinder to sequentially discharge and feed four cylinders onto the inner wall cleaning machine.
